User Guide
This guide covers the day-to-day usage of ERPX, including navigation, dashboards, data management, and reporting.
If you haven’t set up ERPX yet, start with the Getting Started guide.
General Concepts
Documents
Everything in ERPX is a document — customers, items, orders, invoices, etc. Each document has:
- A unique ID (auto-generated or custom)
- A status workflow (Draft → Submitted → Cancelled)
- An audit trail (who created/modified and when)
- Linked documents (related transactions)
List Views
All document types have a list view with:
- Sortable columns
- Filters and search
- Bulk actions (delete, export, status change)
- Customizable columns
- Saved filter presets
Form Views
Each document has a form view for creating and editing:
- Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
- Inline validation
- Auto-save drafts
- Attachment support (images, PDFs, documents)
