Human Resources

The HR module manages your entire workforce — from initial employee setup through leave management, attendance, expense claims, shift scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews. Everything is connected so approvals, balances, and financials update automatically.

Set up HR in the correct order: Employee → Leave → Expense Claims → Shift & Attendance → Payroll. Each section builds on the previous one.

HR Sections

HR Setup Sequence

Follow this order when setting up HR for the first time:

1. Employee Setup └── Department → Designation → Branch → Employee 2. Leave └── Leave Type → HR Period → Leave Policy → Holiday List → Leave Allocation → Leave Policy Assignment 3. Expense Claims └── Expense Claim Type → Expense Claim 4. Shift & Attendance └── Shift Type → Shift Assignment → Attendance → Timesheet 5. Payroll └── Salary Component → Income Tax Slab → Salary Structure → Salary Structure Assignment → Payroll Entry → Salary Slip
