Email Services
Configure email delivery for transactional emails, notifications, and reports.
Supported Providers

Configuration
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Email to configure your email provider:
- Select your email provider
- Enter the required credentials (API key, SMTP details, etc.)
- Set the sender name and email address
- Click Test Connection to verify
- Save the configuration
For Gmail SMTP, use App Passwords instead of your regular password.

ERPX includes customizable email templates for:

View all sent emails in Settings → Email Log:
- Delivery status
- Open tracking
- Click tracking
- Bounce handling
