Seat Allocation
Go to: Users → Seat Allocation
Seat allocation controls how many active users your organization can have, based on your subscription plan.
How Seats Work
Each user account that is Active consumes one seat. If you reach your seat limit, you must either:
- Deactivate an existing user, or
- Upgrade your subscription to add more seats.
Managing Seats
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| View Usage | See how many seats are used vs available |
| Deactivate User | Free up a seat by disabling a user account |
| Upgrade Plan | Contact your administrator to add more seats |
Administrators can view seat usage from Organization & Subscription → Manage Subscription.
