Quick Start
Get up and running with ERPX quickly. This guide covers the essential first steps after your organization is configured.
This guide assumes you have already completed Organization Setup. If not, start there first.
First Steps After Login
Log In to ERPX
Open your browser and navigate to your ERPX instance URL. Log in with your credentials.

Explore the Dashboard
After logging in, you will land on the main dashboard. From here you can:
- View key business metrics and summaries
- Access shortcuts to frequently used modules
- See pending approvals and tasks assigned to you
- Check recent activity across the system

Navigate the Modules
Use the top navigation bar or the sidebar to access any module. Each module has its own section with forms, lists, and reports.
Tip: Use the search bar at the top to quickly jump to any form, report, or record in the system.
Create Your First Record
Try creating a simple record to get familiar with the system. For example:
- HR → Add a Department, then add an Employee
- Inventory → Add an Item Group, then add an Item
- Sales → Add a Customer, then create a Quotation
Each form has required fields marked clearly. Fill them in, save, and explore the record.
Set Up Your Team
Once you are comfortable with the system, create user accounts for your team members. Navigate to Settings → Users → New User and assign the appropriate role.

Add departments, employees, configure leave policies, and run payroll.
