Timesheets

Go to: Projects → Timesheet

Timesheets record the hours employees spend on specific project tasks. They are used for billing, productivity analysis, and payroll (if applicable).

Creating a Timesheet

Navigate to Projects → Timesheet and click New.

Start DateFirst date of the timesheet period
End DateLast date of the timesheet period

Add Time Log Entries

Activity Types

Go to: Projects → Activity Type

Activity types categorize the kind of work recorded in timesheets — e.g., Development, Design, Meetings, Testing, Documentation.

Timesheet Approval Workflow

Employee Submits Timesheet └──→ Manager Reviews ├── Approved → Time is finalized ├── Rejected → Employee notified to correct └── Request Revision → Employee updates and resubmits
