Transaction Chain

The admin-only Transaction Chain traces a selected document through linked Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Payment, and accounting records.

Use it when:

  • an invoice quantity does not match its source
  • a payment appears disconnected
  • a return, credit note, or debit note is difficult to trace
  • a report shows a value but the operational origin is unclear

Transaction Chain is restricted to administrators in the current interface, even when the report capability exists.
