The HR Reports section provides a consolidated view of all HR data — leave balances, payroll summaries, attendance, and employee information.

Leave Reports

Leave Ledger

Go to: HR → Reports → Leave Ledger

A complete transaction history of all leave activity for each employee — allocations, applications, approvals, and balances.

A comprehensive report of all employee details — personal information, employment details, department, designation, and branch.

Employee Planned Report

Go to: HR → Reports → Employee Planned Report

A forward-looking report that shows employee capacity and planned utilization across projects and operations.


Payroll Reports

Payroll At a Glance

Go to: HR → Reports → Payroll At a Glance

A summary view of payroll runs — total salary disbursed, number of employees processed, and total deductions for a given period.

Salary Component Report

Go to: HR → Reports → Salary Component Report

A detailed breakdown showing how much was paid per salary component (Basic Salary, HRA, Medical, Income Tax, etc.) across all employees.

Use this report to analyze your payroll cost structure and identify the contribution of each salary component to total payroll.
