Opportunities

Go to: CRM → Opportunities

Opportunities are qualified deals actively being worked. They represent potential revenue with a defined customer, value, and expected close date.

Opportunity Fields

Customer / LeadThe customer or lead this opportunity is for
Sales StageCurrent stage in the pipeline
Opportunity ValueEstimated deal value
Probability %Likelihood of winning the deal
Expected CloseEstimated close date

Sales Stages

Go to: CRM → Sales Stage

Define custom sales stages that match your sales process:

QualificationVerifying need, budget, and authority
ProposalQuotation or proposal sent
NegotiationTerms being discussed
CommitmentVerbal agreement reached
WonDeal closed successfully
LostDeal lost — record the reason

Converting to Sales Order

When an opportunity is Won:

  1. Click Make → Sales Quotation or Make → Sales Order.
  2. All relevant details carry forward.
  3. The opportunity status updates to Converted.
