Opportunities
Go to: CRM → Opportunities
Opportunities are qualified deals actively being worked. They represent potential revenue with a defined customer, value, and expected close date.
Opportunity Fields

| Opportunity Name | Name/description of the deal |
| Customer / Lead | The customer or lead this opportunity is for |
| Sales Stage | Current stage in the pipeline |
| Opportunity Value | Estimated deal value |
| Probability % | Likelihood of winning the deal |
| Expected Close | Estimated close date |
| Sales Owner | Sales rep responsible |
Sales Stages
Go to: CRM → Sales Stage
Define custom sales stages that match your sales process:
| Example Stages | Description |
|---|---|
| Qualification | Verifying need, budget, and authority |
| Proposal | Quotation or proposal sent |
| Negotiation | Terms being discussed |
| Commitment | Verbal agreement reached |
| Won | Deal closed successfully |
| Lost | Deal lost — record the reason |
Converting to Sales Order
When an opportunity is Won:
- Click Make → Sales Quotation or Make → Sales Order.
- All relevant details carry forward.
- The opportunity status updates to Converted.
