Packing List
Go to: Export Documents → Packing List
A packing list details the contents of each package, carton, or container in a shipment. It is a required document for customs clearance and LC presentation.
Creating a Packing List
Click Make → Packing List from a proforma invoice or delivery note, or create directly from Export Documents → Packing List → New.

| Proforma Invoice | Link to the related proforma invoice |
| Customer | The buyer |
| Packing Date | Date the goods were packed |
| Items | Items with quantity, net weight, and gross weight |
| Carton Details | Number of cartons, dimensions, gross/net weight |
| Marks & Numbers | Shipping marks and carton numbering |
Packing Details
For each carton or package:

Printing
The packing list can be downloaded as a PDF and printed for inclusion with the shipment and for LC document presentation.
