Company Documents
Go to: HR → Company Documents
Upload and manage important HR-related company documents, making them accessible to the relevant team members.
Examples of documents you can upload:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Employee handbook and HR policies
- Terms of service and employment contracts
- Training materials and onboarding guides
- Any other supporting HR documentation
Upload a Document
Navigate to Company Documents
Go to HR → Company Documents and click New.
Fill in Document Details
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Document Name | Name or title of the document |
| Document Type | Category (e.g., Policy, SOP, Contract) |
| File | Upload the document file |
| Description | Brief description of the document contents |
Save
Click Save. The document is now accessible from the Company Documents section.
Accessing Documents
All uploaded documents are visible to authorized HR users. Employees can also access documents shared with them through the Employee Portal → Company Documents section.
