Setting Up ERPX

This guide walks you through everything you need to do before your team starts using ERPX. Follow the steps in order — each builds on the last.

ERPX Setup Overview

ERPX is cloud-hosted. You only need a modern browser and your login credentials to get started — no installation required.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following ready:

  • Your ERPX account credentials (provided by your administrator)
  • Basic company information: name, address, currency, fiscal year start date
  • A list of your departments and employee designations
  • Your chart of accounts or a general understanding of your business structure

Setup Checklist

Access ERPX

Open your browser and navigate to your ERPX instance URL. Log in with the credentials provided by your administrator.

Change your default password immediately after your first login.

Set Up Your Organization

Configure your company profile — name, address, contact information, currency, fiscal year, and branch locations. → Organization Setup

Configure System Settings

Set your date format, timezone, language, email preferences, and user roles. → Configuration

Set Up Modules

Once your organization is configured, set up each module you plan to use. Modules are independent — set up only what your business needs. → Explore Modules

Add Your Users

Create user accounts for your team members and assign the appropriate roles and permissions based on their job function.

Start Using ERPX

Your system is ready. Begin entering transactions, managing employees, or processing orders depending on your business needs.
