Payment Gateways
Accept online payments from customers through popular payment gateways.
Supported Gateways

Setup
Choose a Gateway
Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Payment Gateway and select your preferred provider.
Enter Credentials
Enter your API keys from your payment gateway provider dashboard. You will need:

Configure Webhook
Set up a webhook in your payment gateway dashboard to receive payment notifications in ERPX.
Test the Integration
Use the Test Payment button to verify the integration is working correctly.
Always use live/production keys for your production environment. Test keys should only be used during testing.
Payment Links
Generate payment links to share with customers:
- Open an invoice
- Click Generate Payment Link
- Share the link with your customer via email or messaging
Payment links are automatically included in invoice emails when a payment gateway is configured.
