What is ERPX?

ERPX is a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that integrates inventory, sales, purchasing, accounting, HR, manufacturing, and CRM into a single unified system.

What browsers are supported?

ERPX supports the latest versions of:

Common Issues

I cannot log in to my account

Check the following before contacting support:
  1. Verify your credentials: Ensure you are using the correct email and password
  2. Check Caps Lock: Make sure Caps Lock is not enabled
  3. Clear browser cache: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
  4. Reset password: Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page

How do I reset my password?

Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

Pages are loading slowly

  1. Check your internet connection: Ensure you have a stable connection
  2. Clear browser cache: Accumulated cache can slow things down
  3. Try a different browser: Rule out browser-specific issues

Usage Questions

Can I import data from other ERP systems?

How do I customize invoice templates?

Navigate to Settings → Print Templates → Invoice. You can customize the template and add your company logo, terms, and custom fields.

Can multiple users work simultaneously?

Yes. ERPX is a multi-user system with real-time collaboration. Each user has their own role and permissions.

How do I back up my data?

Navigate to Settings → Data Management → Backup to create a full backup of your data. You can schedule automatic backups or create manual backups at any time.

Security

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

  1. Navigate to Settings → Security
  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Users will be prompted to set up 2FA on their next login

How do I restrict API access?

  • Use API keys with limited scopes
  • Enable IP whitelisting in Settings → Security
  • Set rate limits per API key
