Users
Go to: Users → Users
User accounts control who can log in to ERPX.
Creating a User
Open User Form
Navigate to Users → Users and click New.
Fill in User Details

| User’s login email address | |
| First Name | User’s first name |
| Last Name | User’s last name |
| Role | Assign a role to control access |
| Organization | The organization this user belongs to |
Send Invitation
Click Save to create the user and send an invitation email with login instructions.
User Actions
Go to: Users → User Actions
A full audit log of all actions taken by each user — logins, document creations, edits, approvals, and deletions.
Sessions
Go to: Users → Sessions
View and manage all active user sessions. You can force logout a user or review session history.
