Performance
The Performance section enables structured employee evaluations, one-on-one meeting series, and continuous feedback tracking.
Performance Reviews
Go to: HR → Performance → Performance Review
Performance reviews allow managers to evaluate employees against defined criteria at scheduled intervals — quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
Open Performance Review Form
Navigate to HR → Performance → Performance Review and click New.
Fill in Review Details

| Employee | Select the employee being reviewed |
| Reviewer | The manager conducting the review |
| Review Period | Period covered by this review (e.g., Q1 2025) |
| Review Date | Date the review is conducted |
Add Evaluation Criteria
Add evaluation items covering areas such as:
- Work Quality
- Productivity
- Communication
- Teamwork
- Leadership (if applicable)
Rating Scale

| 2 | Meets Expectations |
| 3 | Exceeds Expectations |
| 4 | Outstanding |
Submit
Once completed, submit the review. The employee receives an in-app notification and can view the review in their Employee Portal.
Employees can respond to their performance reviews through the Employee Portal → Performance section.
One-on-One Meetings
Go to: HR → Performance → One-on-One
One-on-one meetings provide a structured way for managers and employees to have regular check-ins. These can be set up as recurring meeting series.
One-on-One Series
Go to: HR → Performance → One-on-One Series
Create a recurring meeting schedule between a manager and an employee.
Open One-on-One Series Form
Navigate to HR → Performance → One-on-One Series and click New.
Configure the Series

| Employee | Select the employee |
| Manager | Select the manager |
| Frequency | How often meetings occur (Weekly / Bi-Weekly / Monthly) |
| Start Date | Date of the first meeting |
Save
Click Save. Individual one-on-one meeting records are generated per the schedule.
Individual One-on-One Meeting
Each instance in the series is a separate One-on-One record where both the manager and employee can:
- Add agenda items before the meeting
- Record discussion notes and action items during/after the meeting
- Track follow-up items from previous meetings
