Delayed Tasks Report

The report compares planned end dates with completion and current date. It shows Task #, Task Name, Project, Assigned To, Planned Start, Planned End, Actual End, Status, Delay (days), and Progress.

Summary cards show Total Active Tasks, Delayed Tasks, and On Track. Choose filters, click Generate Report, then export CSV or PDF.

The Delayed Tasks status filter currently includes Draft, Open, Working, Pending Review, and Overdue. “Pending Review” is retained by the report interface even though it is not selectable on the current Task form.

Timesheet Summary Report

This is the activity-row view of time. It shows Timesheet #, Employee, Date, From, Hours, Activity Type, Task, Project, Status, and Billable.

Summary cards show Total Activities, Total Hours, Billable Hours, and Non-Billable Hours. Filter, generate, then export CSV or PDF.

Employee Activity Report

This report first groups time by employee, then by project, and then by task. Time without a project appears under No Project Assigned. Time without a task appears under Other Activities – Without Task.

Use Expand All or open one level at a time. The detail includes Timesheet #, Date, From, Hours, Activity Type, Status, Billable, and Description. Summary cards show Employees, Projects, Tasks, Activities, Total Hours, and Billable Hours. CSV and PDF exports are available.

Project Gantt Chart

This is both a report and an interactive planner. See Gantt Planning for schedule editing, dependencies, adding tasks, filters, and exports.

Reports not shown as tiles

The application includes Project Actual Gantt Chart and Planned vs Actual Gantt Chart routes, but their report tiles are set to hidden. They should not be listed as normal user navigation until enabled in the product.

Reconciliation tips

  1. Use the same Project and date filters in Dashboard, Timesheet Summary, and Employee Activity.
  2. Check task planned end dates before treating a delayed count as an error.
  3. For financial differences, confirm the Project dimension and document status on each source record.
  4. Generate the report after changing filters; export only after data appears.
