Sales Pipeline

Go to: CRM → Sales Pipeline

The sales pipeline provides a Kanban-style view of all opportunities grouped by sales stage. It gives your team a clear, visual overview of deals in progress.

Pipeline Features

  • Drag and drop — Move opportunities between stages
  • Deal value display — See the revenue value of each stage at a glance
  • Filter by owner — Focus on a specific sales rep’s pipeline
  • Filter by territory — View deals for a specific region

Sales Funnel

Go to: CRM → Reports → Sales Funnel

The sales funnel report shows how many leads and opportunities are at each stage, and the conversion rate between stages.
